CoreWrench

Privacy

Effective October 2026. This covers the CoreWrench website and its service request form.

What the form collects

When you submit a service request, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if given), preferred contact method, device category, manufacturer and model, a description of the problem, and anything you add in the optional fields.

Why

To respond to your inquiry, arrange service and follow up about it. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and runs Turnstile, a spam check on the form. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser and your IP address to tell people from bots.
  • Resend delivers your request to our business inbox as an email.
  • Fastmail hosts that inbox, where your request is stored.

Don't send sensitive information

Please don't include passwords, PINs, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, account recovery codes or other credentials in the form or by email. If access is needed for a repair, we'll discuss the safest way to handle it.

Analytics and cookies

The site doesn't use advertising or analytics tracking. Turnstile may set what it needs to run the spam check on the request form.

Keeping and deleting it

Requests are kept in email for as long as they're needed to handle your service and our records. To ask what we have about you or to have it deleted, emailservice@corewrench.com.
